COMMUNITY EDUCATION PROGRAMS

The Released Youth program informs children and their custodians about their rights, possible forms of relief, and other resources available to them.

The Unrepresented Immigrants program is offered by Esperanza to provide adults and families in removal proceedings with important information and self-help services and support them as they navigate the complex immigration system.

Through our Detained Adults program we offer various services to adults detained at Adelanto Detention Facility to inform them of their rights and support them while they are in immigration removal proceedings. The services we provide regularly at Adelanto include Know Your Rights Presentations, individual and groups legal orientations, workshops, pro bono placement, and legal representation.
