WHAT WE DO

The Pro Bono Program is responsible for recruiting volunteers, maintaining community partnerships, and placing a select number of cases with volunteer attorneys. Volunteers help Esperanza in various capacities, including interpreting for our clients, assisting with office tasks, organizing events, and doing legal research. Volunteer attorneys contribute by taking cases pro bono, mentoring other attorneys, assisting with our cases, volunteering in our pro se workshops, or being appointed guardian ad litems on our cases.
